He had very good knowledge of the market conditions in his area. After inspecting our property a couple of times he advised that we should complete a number of maintenance issues before we put the townhouse on the market. We were happy to go ahead as Andrew thought this would improve our sale value and also produce a quicker sale which turned out to be spot on. He went out of his way to check the work was being done and efficiently. He was able to provide us with a Queensland conveyancer as we were in NSW who were also extremely efficiently. All communications were over the phone as we were located in NSW and everything as was performed in an extremely friendly and professional manner. From the time the townhouse was advertised for sale on social media we kept informed of each step. The results for us was extremely good as we achieved a quick sale at a very good price. We would have no hesitation to recommend Andrew to look after the selling of one’s property.
