We had a very pleasant time in dealing with our agent Andrew Davidson from the very first time we made contact until the end of the sale. He had very good knowledge of the market conditions in his area. After inspecting our property a couple of times he advised that we should complete a number of maintenance issues before we put the townhouse on the market. We were happy to go ahead as Andrew thought this would improve our sale value and also produce a quicker sale which turned out to be spot on. He went out of his way to check the work was being done and efficiently. He was able to provide us with a Queensland conveyancer as we were in NSW who were also extremely efficiently.
