Andrew was spectacular on the day of our auction. He managed to get us a wonderful price. In pouring rain, Andrew kept the crowd involved in the auction, and wouldn't drop the hammer until the very last possible bid had been given. We are delighted with his performance.

Andrew was straight down the line in talking about expectations, process, fees etc there were no surprises. He and his team then attended to each and every detail. Andrew even moved furniture around himself during the photo shoot to get the best angles, but never did he spend money that wasn't going to get a result. Then at auction - it was like pulling teeth 12 minutes in not a bid, 30 minutes in underway but stalled $250K below reserve still the team pushed and cajoled then finally sold the property $170K above reserve in a cooling shy market. Andrew was so totally focused on getting a great result for us but above all he was pleasant, not pushy, professional and a really nice guy
