Andrew has been amazing. I am based in Sydney and my family is now the proud owner of a beautiful "shack" in stunning Boat Harbour Beach. Andrew managed this sale while the country was knee-deep in a global pandemic, it was bough sight unseen but I felt like I was on the ground in Tasmania because we were provided with regular updates from Andrew and the team at Harcourts. Andrew took videos of the property (warts and all !), arranged contacts for conveyancing and building inspections, and was very open about work required to the property to bring it to its full potential. There were no hard sell tactics or undue pressure to commit to the sale. Andrew acted with the interests of both the seller and prospective buyers in mind. I hope he gets the chance to take a weekend off, he certainly deserves it.
Market experience was very good.He is very busy so sometimes it took a little while to make contact. The only sour note is that one of his co workers did not follow his principles and made a (in my opinion) unimpressive impact.
