I could tell from the very first phone conversation that I had with Andrew about this property that he was going to be a pleasure to deal with. Andrew was aware that I was an interstate purchaser and that I was a little time poor during my visit to Burnie and very understanding in fitting me in to be able to view the property. Got the deal done. At the start communication could have turned over quicker altough the other party slowed this with limited availability. In the end the communication momentum increased and we had a deal. Great job.
