Andrew is an awesome agent. Don't be fooled by the fact that he is an independent agent, he knows the market extremely well. I did not feel pressured to accept any offers until I was fully satisfied with the final offer. He communicated every offer to me and attended all inspections of the property himself and gave me feedback after every buyer inspection. Other agents charge a high commission for extremely little work. The marketing process was excellent as he and I went through different ways we can market the property highlighting the property's strength on real estate.com. I would recommend Andrew as an agent due to the fact that I appreciate old fashioned service and honesty which is a rare trait for agents these days.
