Andrew and his team were a an absolute pleasure to deal with. From our very first meeting to the day of the auction Andrew always strived for my best interests and kept me very well informed. I highly recommend Andrew and his team as they did not put a foot wrong and very happy with the end result. Thanks Andrew!!
Our experience with Andrew throughout the selling process was nothing but easy and stress free. Andrew had much knowledge of the area and the current market and guided us week by week, giving us updates on all opens and all interested parties. He was always very easy to get in contact with and always very helpful with any questions we had. When it came to auction day his professionalism really came through and ultimately got our house sold for well over reserve. I would highly recommend Andrew if looking to ever buy or sell. As a first home seller i can certainly commend Andrew for making this a painless experience. Hopefully in the next 12 months when my current residence goes on the market i will contact Andrew.
My husband and I are very happy with the service and the knowledge of the property market that Andrew of Harcourts had provided to us. Andrew always had the line of communication open and always kept up updated as to the progress of the sale. He was very professional and we will have no hesitation in recommending Andrew of Harcourts to all our family and friends.
Hi Andrew, On behalf of the Derozario family, I want to thank you, Justin, Robert and the entire staff who participated in the sale of 3 Guinea Court Epping. I commend you and your team for the professional and articulate manner in managing, marketing and selling our property. Your advice was fair, accurate and authentic together with the prompt inspection feed backs daily was impressive. Our family is overwhelmed with the result and appreciate your efforts. Congratulations, and well done.
Andrew did a great job in selling our home, he was very professional in the way he conducted the sale of our home. He is very flexible and willing to work around your schedule. He is very knowledgeable and is able to provide sound advice. I’ll gladly work with Andrew again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome agent. Thank you again Andrew Regards Joe and Teresa Zagari
Andrew is one of those few people I m going to remember all my life because he helped me buy my first home. He's just too good at his work, always helpful, patient and professional. He understood my demands and offered just the right property to suit my needs and budget but as a buyer I wanted to browse more and see if there was something better available. After days of search and flooded with loads of property brochures I had to go back to him to close the deal. Buying a property is not an easy task specially when you have so many to choose from, but Andrew made it real easy for me. Thanks a lot Andrew and Harcourts... You guys are a great team!!!
Andrew was a great help and ensured us along the way that he would do his best to achieve the outcome we needed. He made the process very easy and we were updated at every stage.
I purchased a unit through Andrew at Harcourts Real Estate Epping. From the first interaction Andrew was easy to deal with. He didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable, he was very easy going, unlike a few other real estate agents I have dealt with in the area. Andrews market knowledge was exceptional, I trusted him as a person from the moment I met him at the home inspection. Thanks Andrew for everything, it's been great dealing with you! Dani Motta.
Great communication and got the job done very happy with his efforts! Thanks Andrew☺
Andrew went above and beyond to sell our property and sold it in a week. Will definitely recommend Andrew and will be using him when we sell our next property!
Andrew worked around our needs quickly and without beating around the bush. Would highly recommend him.
