On the day of the open, Andrew was at our home early and eased our nerves which were high. Upon our return andrew clearly outlined which parties were interested and advised us of the next steps. After receiving offers on our home the same day as the open, andrew worked well into Saturday night negotiating for us in order to get the best price possible and balancing both us and the buyer. Throughout our journey we were never left wondering what was happening and never had to call Andrew to request an update.
