Andrew came to our house and explained in detail how and what we should expect from our first time sale of an investment property. He was very professional, and we were happy with our choice of agent. As we had spoken to other agents too. The sale of our unit was taking a while, because of different factors, a major drawback being the wear and tear of the carpet. Andrew advised us that we should think of changing the carpet to floorboards. He not only went out of his way to arrange for quotes, but always kept us in the loop at every step.
