Andrew was very responsive regardless of the day of the week or the time of day which was highly regarded by us (purchasers). Andrew was persistent and patient and was an asset to the vendor.

Before I sold my property I spoke with Andrew and he gave me some excellent advice on what prospective buyers were looking for. I followed his advice when renovating the apartment, and the place was sold within 3 days on going on the market for the asking price. The buyers did try to negotiate on the price but Andrew knew enough about the property and the area to be able to highlight all the reasons why the asking price was the right price. There was a hiccup with the buyers finance which Andrew stayed on top of and did everything he could to ensure the settlement went through smoothly. He was in constant communication with me and he was working behind the scenes making sure the deal went through.
