As an interstate investor who is flat out in my own business, I have always worried about all the little and big things one normally does oneself when selling a house, particularly when the house you are selling is in a different city. Andrew cheerfully and seamlessly did it all, probably far cheaper than I could arrange. From organizing tradesmen to do repairs, buffing floor board, cleaning and furniture styling, he took care of it all, of course offering me options and running it by me first. He knows what to do. Apart from making the whole sale process very easy for me, he also achieved a price which was some 15% higher than what I was expecting! Very satisfied and very grateful.
