On meeting up with Andrew at the house he was easy to chat too...on that day we went to about 10 house opens and he was the first to get back to us...we made an offer he negotiated and low and behold we got the deal of the Century ( i think every Estate agent probably says that..ha..!) i would definitely recommend Andrew's services to anyone.
