I chose Andrew as my agent because of his good reputation and knowledge. Andrew organised everything with a view to price effectiveness. He suggested the homes wow points and how to make them stand out. In very short order he had obtained an offer well above his estimate to me of the homes value. Two offer’s didn’t look right so we rejected them but he continued to work with the other interested parties and got me a done deal on a price I still have difficulty believing. Andrew was honest, very direct in his advice and always looked at my interest first. He worked for an agreed fee but always strived for the best deal that was credible and achievable. I would recommend him to any of my friends without fear.
