I had been looking for an apartment for some time and by chance decided to inspect the unit Andrew had opened for inspection and was I glad as it ticked all the boxes bar the being slightly above my intended price point but I felt Andrew was very transparent about expectations and managed to negotiate a very suitable compromise which I am sure is testament of his knowledge and experience. My timeline was very short as I was about to put in a bid for a unit the next day but Andrew worked hard to make my purchase happen. He has been great even after in terms of providing further info on the strata management etc as well as very accomodating about times to inspect the property again. His is extremely professional in his dealings and my sense is he genuinely tries to get the best for both an owner and buyer.
We bought our Dickson townhouse off the plan 3 years ago from Andrew. We have just exchanged contracts on it's sale as we have moved to the central coast. Andrew provided great tradies to get some things done and the photographer took wonderful photos of the presentation of the property that we did. Andrew managed the sale well in a changing market and kept us informed of what was happening. I would highly recommend him for his knowledge of the Canberra market.

I recently brought a property in Belconnen through Andrew Early’s PRD Braddon agency. As in most cases, the purchase of the new property was dependent on the sale of my former home. Andrew and his asssistant were happy to work with me through that parameter. My interest was recognised and I was given time to achieve a successful sale of my original property. During that period Andrew happily provided time for further inspection of my future home by members of my family and was more than willing to fit his schedule around ours. When it came time for the purchase to proceed, Andrew and his team were happy to negotiate on finer points of detail such as the removal of a tree that was decaying. He also arranged for me to rent the property for a short period prior to settlement in order that the purchasers of my original property had early access to what was to become their new home. Andrew and his team were always polite and agreeable to deal with and his office staff always followed up on any queries I had. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
