I unexpectedly met Andrew in the lift of my apartment building one day. He was extremely friendly, just in general conversations, before he explained what he did for a living and said he would be interested in having a chat if I was to ever think of selling my place. 6 months down the track he the only call I made, he made the experience a breeze compared to what I have experience in the past. Andrew was extremely helpful and professional throughout the sale. He was happy to work with my needs/requests as a seller and was able to get me a good price above market value.
