Managed a protracted process with a challenging vendor to a good outcome.

In December 2016 we purchased an 11 Ha vineyard in the Barossa Valley. Andrew was the sole agent and the property had been on the market for some month's. Andrew's communication and follow up were good furing the initial contacts we had with him, this depsite us effectively walking away fromm the property twice. He had good energy and enthusiam when we entered the final stages of negociation. I've no doubt that the vendor was a handful. We have struck a few issues post sale with unregistered easements (water and power) which we have had to sort out. Other than that, Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. Mark robertson
