Okay service

Andrew was ok as an agent. We purchased a house from him and he was good at communicating in the beginning but once the sale went through his communication was not as great. There was a few points of miscommunication between us Andrew and the seller nothing major but frustrating. There were also things that we had to deal with ourselves such as the license to occupy contract that should have been done by him. However he did deliver the keys when we were not able to collect them.
