Andrew is definitely a good agent to have if you are selling your property. he appears to be very knowledgeable in the field. As for the negotiating with the potential buyer he was not so helpful to give information regarding price ranges and making the property available for my husband to inspect. We are happy with our purchase but believe he could have shown a little more persuasive communication to us.
