From the first day I met Andrew I knew he would be able to deliver on his promise of getting me the best price for my home. After meeting with 2 other agents who gave me no real guidance or direction I had a very productive meeting with Andrew regarding how to prepare my property for sale. Andrew's communication skills are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. Andrew gave me the confidence to do a lot of the work on my home myself and after organising a stylist to give me some fabulous ideas he didn't pressure me in any way to have the home ready by a certain date. Once the house was ready for sale I was blown away by the amazing photos and advert that was placed on the internet. Andrew's eye for detail and great knowledge of the market ensured I received the exact figure I had requested on that first day I met him. Andrew also ensured when he was away his colleague Matt Ashford ensured I received the exact same professionalism that Andrew would have provided. I would recommend Andrew and Matt to any person that is considering selling their property.
