Right from the onset Andrew was very cooperative & willing to find time for my wife & I access the property outside normal open house time as we were visiting from Queensland . He had obviously done his homework on the property & was forthcoming with quick answers to every question we asked, nothing was an issue & we felt his answers were honest & frank , we left to go back to Queensland without finalising anything but he was happy to take our calls with further queries & always answered candidly. We returned to look yet again at a non open house time & once again we were accommodated without question. We made a first offer which we knew would not be accepted but he willingly talked us through this & was fair in his reasoning & whilst we knew it was a no go offer he presented it professionally as he did with our final offer which was accepted .
