In this current market selling one's home is daunting given that it's a buyers market at historic low interest rates. Hence buyers have tonnes to choose from and can be as fussy as they want to be. We researched for the most effective agent around - Andrew Fender stood head and shoulders above any other agent, so we got him in. Andrew appraised our property fairly and the house went on the market immediately. Seven weeks later, it was SOLD and we weren't disappointed with the price we got!
