As many and buyers and sellers (like myself) do I'm sure , when selling your prized possession, seek out and carefully choose someone you trust to sell your house. That's exactly what my wife and myself did. LJ Hooker had no idea what the house was worth and tried using the other real-estate agents suggestions that I had been already quoted and finished off by saying let me know their fees and costs and I will bid lower. So in other words, let everyone else do the work and I'll go lower. Sooo,, a big no to the slack lady from LJ Hooker's 👎. The gentleman from the Professionals said all the things I wanted to hear. Things that sounded to good to be true. Then along came Andrew Fisher from O'Neils. Told me things I didn't want to hear. But later on that night when I had time to absorb what Andrew was telling me, it hit me that this straight shooting agent from O'Neils was the one for me. I knew I could trust him with the sale of my house. So thanks Andrew for all your time and effort. You went above and beyond what we ever expected from a real-estate agent and my wife and myself could not recommend anyone higher than yourself. Andrew was absolutely amazing. He was friendly and approachable for any questions we had. Being first time buyers we were not sure of any processes or do and dont's. The first time we met Andrew he went out of his way to make sure we were well informed and gave us tools to help understand what we were getting into. We had dealt with a different agent (different agency) previously and that experience ended with us feeling degraded and embarrassed so needless to say we didn't have much faith in other agents But after meeting with Andrew we were blown away at his knowledge, professionalism and just general helpfulness.
