Andrew seemed friendly and approachable enough initially however, this changed. My input into the description of MY house was the first thing that annoyed him. He then got irritated when I had an opinion about inspection times and so on. His communication was scant and brusque. He wasn’t particularly complimentary about my house and made me feel lucky that I got a buyer at all. Yet, the house sold for a record price for the size and area. To be fair, he was helpful in some respects. But, would I use him again? No. Andrew needs to learn better customer service skills, and to remember he is only the agent and his clients deserve his respect.
