We brought land in Holland's Landing and Andrew Foard was the managing agent. We made contact on phone and email and Andrew responded promptly. He explained the virtues of the property clearly and gave us a history of the area and surrounds. We set up a face-time walk through the property as we were not able to visit. The walk through was extensive and unrushed and we felt as if we were there in our own right. We settled on the property within the next few days. After contract signing Andrew assisted in finding suitable legal representation (we live 10 hrs away in a different state). Following we were in contact numerous times for nothing more than just a catch up. In short, Andrew is a knowledgeable local agent, and demonstrates great care and attention to the needs of the buyer. I can only assume he acts with the same level of commitment for the seller. The whole process went smoothly and we are very satisfied with our purchase.
