I chose to market my property with Andrew as he’d built a great professional relationship with me in the 18 months prior. Not keen to sell before securing a property during the crazy price rises of covid Andrew was one of the agents I met when a property to buy had been sourced. When he realised I was nervous about buying at auction, he offered to bid for me. This he did, very kindly. Unfortunately that particular property sold 30% above the guide.
