Andrew was attentive and meticulous with his advice and information to help with preparing the property for sale. Our property was unusual and was difficult to accurately work out pricing in this market. We also had council issues which Andrew helped sort out. On the whole as the auction drew nearer, my stress levels went down, as I felt they had done as much as they could to achieve the best possible outcome. I can highly recommend him.
