I met Andrew when I purchased my house in Langwarrin. He was the Sellers Agent. I was impressed with his professionalism then. How he got us to come up in price more than we were hoping to pay. I made a mental note that when I was ready to sell, Andrew would be my agent. 5 years later I gave him a call. Andrew was professional in every way. He gave me hints on presentation of my house for open inspection. But we only required one open house as he got it sold for me that first day. Andrew was always contactable even when he had to care for his wife during an illness. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get my house sold for me and even achieving a great price above what I was hoping for. Andrew will be my 'go to' agent when I am ready to sell again.

it is hard to put into words the service and professionalism I received from Andrew. to be honest I had listed my property with another agent and after 5 months with nothing happening I transferred to Andrew from O'Briens. He met me at my property on a Saturday afternoon and was able to answer every question I had with full knowledge of the unsettling climate we were in now. he explained that he had several people looking for properties in Langwarrin, and no sooner I got home than he rang asking if he could show someone through. he not only has a clear knowledge of real estate, but fully understands what his clients are looking for, as by the next morning I had an offer on my property and contracts signed within 2 days.
