Disappointment and unhappy buyers . Communication with the agent was ok however the way the property was left was appalling . We have spent days on end trying to scrub the grease throughout the cupboards , draws and shelves in the kitchen and get the smell out of the house .. the smell is sickening we have had to rip the carpets and floors up to try get the putrid smell out . What it has cost us to fix everything is not good enough and if we knew the severity of the filth we would have not paid what we did for this property . There was excess rubbish left under the house and we were advised that all the junk would be removed before settlement to find there was still rubbish left under the house was disappointing !

Was more than impressed with Andrew got a great price smooth transaction and nothing was too much trouble always available anytime day or night to answer my questions would highly recommend Andrew
