Overall very painless experience.

I have used Andrew to sell several properties and have found him to be honest and thorough. He has kept me informed of progress and almost invariably achieved the price we were looking for in a reasonable timeframe. My family dealt with Andrew Harvey. The circumstances with my mother being admitted to a nursing home, meant that the sale of her house to cover the necessary costs, required a special person to understand exactly what the family was going through. We needed to sell quickly but at a price that allowed Mum to get a good standard Nursing Home for her 24hour care. Andrew Harvey was fantastic and extremely sensitive to our needs. He was an important link to me and my siblings during this emotional time when the sale of the family home (where Mum and Dad lived for many years), splelt the closure of an important chapter in our lives.
