From my first meeting I had with Andrew I was 100% happy in choosing him to sell my investment properties (storage sheds). I believed they would be difficult to sell, but Andrew’s knowledge of the properties made the sale a very positive experience. Andrew was so helpful in discussions we had about selling these properties, never pushy, always understanding and insightful. Now they are sold I’m going miss our chats. After dealing with another Agent a few years back and getting the ICK we decided to try again. Thankfully after doing a 5 min research and seeing Andrew's name on a few similar listings we decided to give him a call/email. After the first 5mins I knew this Agent had much better character and was WAY more reasonable (after all we sold a carpark, not a house). We listed with him (I think it was the same week), and within 2 weeks we had an offer which was full asking price (we had a range up). He was efficient, straight to the point, and most importantly understandable.
