Andrew helped the reviewer sell this property

Genuine, very approachable and knowledgeable

We came across Andrew a few years ago when searching for a property. We found him to be very approachable, easy to talk to with no pressure. Andrew was very knowledgeable about properties and understood our needs very quickly. He guided us to properties he believed may interest us and did not waste our time trying to talk us into inspecting properties that did not meet our criteria. After the purchase of our property through Andrew, we needed to contact him from time to time for assistance with valuations etc and we found him only to happy to help, providing us with professionally presented information and reports. We even felt comfortable with Andrew to "bounce" ideas off in terms of potentially selling our property or purchasing others. When the time did come to sell, Andrew was very genuine with market information and expectations giving us the confidence that he was obtaining full value for our property. Andrew sold our property at the projected price with little stress. We have no hesitation in seeking out Andrew again to assist us with future property ventures.
