Andrew James

Isabella Maxwell was excellent - great communicator and understood what we were looking for.

Pleasant professional who kept me informed.

Excellent attention to detail made selling easy

We bought our home from Andrew James at Belle Property Armadale ten years ago, and he stayed in touch the whole time; always ready when we were. When we finally decided to sell, Andrew and his team were outstanding. They guided us through the marketing plan, recommended the right repairs and updates, and brought in their styling team who made the house look incredible. Despite a challenging market, Andrew kept us calm, informed, and confident with smart strategy and clear communication. We sold successfully on auction day and couldn’t be happier with the result. We highly recommend Andrew James to anyone selling in the Melbourne area.

The Belle team provided outstanding guidance and knowledge to assist us with the sale of our property. The team was responsive at all times.

Izzy, Andrew & team had exceptional communication throughout & were a breeze to liaise with. The process was straight forward & successful as a result. Thank you!
