Andrew and his team did a wonderful job in the marketing and sale of the apartment at 2/2 Rae Court, Windsor. He gave excellent advice on how best to present the property for sale and thereafter gave accurate and helpful feedback after each OFI. The property was lacking a parking space which meant that the positives had to be highlighted so as to overcome this slight negative. This was done with excellent photography and punchy advertising copy. The property was passed in at auction and sold to a very keen purchaser at an extremely satisfactory price.
