We interviewed 3 agents and we picked Andrew because he had the most experience selling in the Prahran area .He was someone that we felt we could work with. What do I mean by that ? He was positive, but did not raise our expectations beyond what is realistic. And in a tight situation ( which later proved to occur ), we could rely on his experience. The campaign went according to expectations. During the campaign which started positive, but later hit a major obstacle ( rising interest rates and downswing in market mood ), we adjusted our expectations slightly. This adjustment ( on the advice by Andrew ) was necessary in that it keep interest in the property. We hit a further further obstacle, when the property was passed in. Andrew and Michael persevered and within less than a week, the property was sold within the acceptable price range. The campaign started off well, but due to external factors, hit bumps and am glad Andrew and Michael was there to look after the sale.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew and his colleague Michel when we bought our first house recently. As first home buyers it was bit daunting but between the two of them, they made the process relatively pressure and stress free. We found Andrew and Michel to be extremely honest, upfront and genuinely invested in us as buyers. They understood our financial position, answered calls in the evenings and on weekends, always promptly called us back and always kept us up to date. If one of them was not available, the other would seamlessly step in to assist.

Had a lot of uncertainties about selling as this was our family home since the early seventies. We had recently completed a full renovation from front to back and thought we would stay and enjoy our efforts. Then Covid struck. So a rethink was needed and we decided to rent out the property. Sally was fantastic managing the rentals stage. Then the decision to sell was hard due to the long 50 year attachment to the property. Andrew explained the whole process and all was agreed that an auction would be beneficial with advertising and staging etc. Then with Michel's assistance the campaign began.
