I thought Andrew James was exceptional in how he handled the whole campaign and auction day for my property. In the future I will seek Andew to sell my next property. He is extremely professional, charismatic, has excellent knowledge of the market and a brilliant auctioneer. Andrew had to work hard on auction day to keep the buyers bidding and motivated. The auction result was excellent thanks to his experience. Andrew has worked for many years in Armadale and I remember meeting him when I bought my first apartment many years ago. He is dedicated and in the property market for the long term. In addition his team/agencies (the property styling, advertising copywriting, and photography) was outstanding! We had no issues through the campaign. Better than other agents I have worked with.
