I'd like to thank Andrew for his dedicated professionalism during the whole of the selling process, which was began as soon as the tenants had given their notice in July and went on until the week before Christmas. There was a lot of work to be done prior to actually going on the market and the COVID lockdowns also threw a spanner into the works. I was very satisfied with his recommendations for tradies & conveyencer, both of whom were as easy to work with as Andrew himself. He kept in touch every step of the way during the whole process, explaining the nuances of the market. He was clear about what was required, all costs and realistic about what the property would fetch. He discussed the pros and cons of several offers and in the end was able to connect me with a buyer who offered a good price and sale conditions. Everything had to be done remotely because there wasn't the least likelihood of travelling from Queensland to Melbourne at any stage but Andrew oversaw the whole process really well.
