Most impressed with his manner and professional approach to the subject of a sale. Although highly optimistic of a sale well beyond our expectation, it was a refection of his knowledge of the market which proved to be "spot on " as is reflected in the final price. Needless to say, we were delighted with the final result.

Ours was an odd sale. Lots of stopping and starting over eighteen months due to my family circumstances. Andrew was patient, polite and understanding the entire way. When we were finally ready to sell Andrew was quick to respond and made the entire process as smooth and stress free as possible. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made us feel as though we were his only client although I doubt that was the case! In the end we sold for much more than we expected. 10/10!
