We were amazed and delighted with the price achieved when our expectations had sunk very low as the COVID 19 lockdown loomed. We needed to sell as we had purchased an apartment. Andrew remained confident and reassuring throughtout the sales campaign. We chose Andrew because he not only came across to us so positively but because he had achieved a great result for our daughter three years ago. We did not interview other agents as we did on other occasions when selling properties because we were so satisfied with our initial interviews with Andrew.
