We went with Andrew after we'd had a number of other agents trying to sell out investment property. It was immediately noticeable that Andrew was on top of his brief. He had good ideas to move the property and his communication was absolutely brilliant. We were always in the loop and never left wondering what was going on. There were a few hiccups selling the property, to put it bluntly, it was a real pain in the neck, with buyers pulling out at the last minute, recalcitrant tenants, buyers who were making requests that left us shaking out heads, and a lot of other interesting situations.
