I would recommend Andrew to those looking to sell their home. He got a very good price for my property and kept me up to date with matters relating to its sale. Andrew made the process of selling the property easy.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew twice, first purchasing a property then again selling it. We had a couple of personal issues the week after we listed our property and Andrew insisted we take it off the market to focus on our family. We reproached him later in the year and went ahead and sold our property within weeks of listing. I can not recommend Andrew highly enough. He is very easy to deal with and a genuinely caring guy.

Andrew is pleasant to deal with, extremely efficient, keeps the deal moving, informative and helpful, yet not at all like the stereotypical Real Estate Agent. There are no staff to be fobbed off to, what you see is what you get. He is always available and is regularly in contact with updates and information on the sale. Compared with his peers his methods are unconventional. Yet they proved effective, inspections within 48 hours and a Contract shortly after bear witness to this.
