We met with a variety of agents before making our choice, but Andrew was the only one that really felt like he was listening to our situation and not giving us an off the shelf sales pitch. We found that there were things other agents were telling us that we wouldn't have understood had we not already spoken to Andrew first, so it was a no brainer to bring him on board. Being first home sellers Andrew explained the process clearly and helped us every step of the way. Andrew and his team were always accommodating of our schedules, meeting us after hours or on weekends to make the entire process as smooth as possible. Open inspections were run very well, always on time and always with two team members to cover off all bases. Andrew has a nice manner and was friendly to deal with. The communication I received around the settlement however, was very poor. I was not informed by the agent that the settlement of my lot was dependent on the sale of multiple lots within the same subdivision - all handled by Xsell property. The settlement date therefore was not confirmed until 5 months after signing the contract, Andrew led me to believe it would be 2, as we had discussed. Often relevant information was not passed on to all parties and I had to initiate contact for updates. The lack of transparency was highly disappointing.

Andrew and the team at X-Sell were friendly, helpful and forthcoming with information whenever we needed it. They were fantastic in chasing up information from the builder for us after settlement.
