It started out well but quickly the lies piled up one after another. First they said that settlement has to be delayed because, "the vendors were going through a divorce and one of them did not sign the discharge papers". Next it was, "the vendors had a shortfall and because of that couldn't proceed with the settlement". And then it was, "the banks refused to discharge the vendors and want to carry out a full valuation". All I hear are lies and excuses. I think they are just stalling and not genuine in following through with the sale. 1) Andrew should have made sure that the vendors are genuine sellers, instead he pushed all the blame onto the vendors - if I were a distributor and if I could not fulfill a customer's order, can I just push all the blame on the supplier? Of course not. Else why should anyone pay him? 2) He did not communicate any of these. I had to find out from my conveyancer. 3) He is not professional. Instead of making sure his vendor was ready for the sale, he sent his assistant to call me to remind me to write a good review for him two weeks ago. I guess maybe he knew things were going to go south and he wanted me to write the review before I discover all the lies. He wasted my time, money and opportunity costs. I advise anyone reading this to save yourself the heartache and do not buy or sell with him.
