Born and raised in Melbourne, Andrew is an expert on the local area and culture, taking great satisfaction in dealing with people, accommodating their needs, and finding solutions to their problems. Having traveled and lived overseas extensively, Andrew is an apartment owner in the Docklands, giving him firsthand knowledge of the neighbourhood. Whilst completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Business at Swinburne University, Andrew obtained his pilot’s license, fostering a regard for planning and preparation that now provides him with the reliability necessary to meet the needs of his clients and his employer Pagan Real Estate. His dynamic approach to Real Estate is motivated by customer satisfaction and a desire to succeed in helping clients realise their property goals. Charming and courteous, Andrew’s dedication, professionalism, and integrity has been sharpened through working overseas in a fast paced, results based sales office where he won awards for his excellence in both sales and leadership. In this environment his outstanding skills in communication allowed him to manage sales teams, teach them his skills, and hone his own. Away from the office, Andrew enjoys the perks of the Docklands lifestyle, attending sporting events and concerts at Marvel Stadium. Whenever possible he enjoys a round of golf, playing bass, and reading.
