It was quite a drawn our process as we first started marketing the house in Q4 2016 and then finally selling in March 2018. However, both Scott and Andrew were doing their best in terms of getting people through our house. We ended up at a selling price a bit below what Scott had predicted ($1.45-1.55M). Hard to predict where it would end up! Good to see a bit of negotiation at the end where Scott got us to $1.415 - well done.

Overall very satisfied with our interactions with Andrew - he communicated frequently and openly - we felt well informed at all stages along the way. Excellent local knowledge and access to potential out-of suburb buyers was a definite plus. The support team did a great job and we were very happy with photographs and follow-up/ documentation etc. Building Inspection was overly zealous on minor items which was an irritation , but was at least thorough. In the end the value estimates proved a bit optimistic and we did ot get as many buyers interested as anticipated. We would recommend Andrew and the BW team.
