It was quite a drawn our process as we first started marketing the house in Q4 2016 and then finally selling in March 2018. However, both Scott and Andrew were doing their best in terms of getting people through our house. We ended up at a selling price a bit below what Scott had predicted ($1.45-1.55M). Hard to predict where it would end up! Good to see a bit of negotiation at the end where Scott got us to $1.415 - well done.
