Andrew and his team were able to get a lot of people through the property as was evidenced by the 70 people at the auction. We had 7 bidders which is more than most auctions recently in the area (only 1 to 3 bidders in recent auctions) He was always well mannered and courteous. He was open with us on aspects of the process and worked well with his team. He responded to our request to put advertisements in the newspaper which was not part of the standard Ray White approach. Although busy with other clients he made it to all our open homes and provided us with feedback within 24 hours. The winning bidders were drawn in from his pool of buyers that had not looked at our suburb previously and had additional funds as they were looking at a more expensive suburb. We were happy with the outcome.

Together, Andrew and the auctioneer prepared me for the event, and I am very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Andrew, and I feel like I made a new friend during the process!

I've worked with Andrew in selling four properties over the last several years (three of which belonged to my now-deceased Mother) and buying the house I live in now. Always totally professional, he also has always gone the extra mile, not just in buying/selling my property but following up with help and advice when needed.
