At our initial meeting we were given a comprehensive explanation of what Jellis Craig would do , cost involved etc, we also came to an understanding of our requirements, sale price, timing etc. From that point Andrew was our constant contact, keeping us informed at all times as to where we were situated which was backed up by written advice where necessary. As the sales campaign continued we became a little concerned that maybe our campaign needed a slightly more public profile, Andrew picked up on this immediately and regigged our campaign immediately, he also arranged a meeting to discuss this and put everything in place.
