He was professional and friendly at first, but once I agreed to buy the the property, whenever I had a small request or tiny issue along the way, he was the opposite and acted like I was an inconvenience to him. Furthermore, I can't remember if it was him or someone else from the agency, but when I inspected the property, I asked what the body corporate fees were and I was told about half of what they ended up being. This was obviously quite disappointing...

Once we decided to make an offer, Andrew explained the process the he had to go through (in order to get the best price for the vendor). He called for other potential purchasers to make their final and best offer. Whilst this was in some ways detrimental for us, I understand that he had to go through this process and I feel like he enabled us to best judge the situation for ourselves. Once our offer was accepted, Andrew was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Note: As a purchaser, the criteria "Market Knowledge" not directly relevant to our dealings with Andrew. Andrew appears to have good general market knowledge.
