What an amazing result. From some internet advertising on Thursday followed by a "soft opening" on the Saturday [no press advertising] ,Cunningham's database and i guess a few phone calls. By Monday afternoon we had three interested parties making offers and by late afternoon we accepted an offer we were very happy with including a 12 week settlement.
