I appointed the most professional, committed and hardworking team and they went ‘above and beyond’ to achieve incredible results. The intention was to have a short, sharp campaign but Covid had other plans. I live 300 kilometers from the Coast and lockdown, which began just after marketing began, prevented me travelling there. Andrew and Lachlan took the reins. When the front house tenants moved out they organised ‘Styling’ the house, carpet cleaning, minor repairs and tidying the gardens. Andrew and Lachlan were also totally respectful to me and the rear tenant at all times, keeping us informed throughout the entire campaign. They could not do Open Homes, nor group viewings so had 15 minute one on one inspections, one after the other.
