Andrew helped us to prepare the house with good advice. He scouted around for clients and arranged the open houses specifically. We called him early after on accasion - but he always called us promptly when he had updates on responses. The auction produced a disappointing result (only one bidder), but his advice afterwards was beneficial, and he went straight back to the sales process. Open house 2 days later, and people showed up out of as well. As a result, 2 offers - and an unconditional offer. Very pleased.
